E&G gold leaching agent mainly used for dissolving gold and silver in electronic waste and jewelry. The agent has the advantages of convenient configuration, simple operation, easy to use and understand, fast gold melting speed, high gold melting rate, low toxicity and environmental protection.
Product form: white powdery
Instructions for use:
The Gold melting process:
1. Preparation of 5% pharmaceutical solution:
Add 50 medicines per 1000 ml of water, put them in under stirring, and stir until they are completely dissolved.
2. Cleaning of the material surface:
If it is a lump, the surface soil and other debris should be washed with water and soaked to prevent the material from adsorbing too much gold-containing solution in the next operation.
3. Gold melting process:
A. Add the prepared 5% solution to the prepared container.
B. Take an appropriate amount of gold-containing material (the material that can be submerged as the standard), stir continuously with a glass rod, soak for 30 minutes, and observe the surface and solution changes of the gold-containing material sample (at this time, the surface gold-plated layer can be observed to disappear quickly).
C. Take the soaking liquid at the 5th, 10th, 20th and 30th minutes respectively (stir the liquid before sampling to make it uniform), filter it with the wetted medium-speed quantitative filter paper, and analyze the gold grade of the filtrate and the gold grade of the tailings.
D. This process can generally be completed within 10 minutes. Multiple sampling is mainly to prevent large particles of gold with a long dissolution time in the material.
The silver melting process:
1. Add the prepared 5% solution to the prepared container.
2. Take an appropriate amount of gold-containing material (based on the material that can be submerged), stir continuously with a glass rod, and soak for 8 hours.
3. Take the soaking liquid at the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th hours respectively (stir the liquid before sampling to make it uniform), filter it with the wetted medium-speed quantitative filter paper, and analyze the silver grade of the filtrate and the silver grade of the tailings .
4. This process generally takes a long time. You can take several samples to investigate the time required for all silver leaching.
Note: In the above leaching process, if the solution is properly heated to about 30-50 °C, the leaching speed of gold and silver can be increased.
